2010AA (U15) Team Conclude Season with Championship
The U15 Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Ice Dogs made an impressive showing at the CCT Bring Your Best Tournament in Toronto, finishing the weekend with an impeccable 6-0-0 record and taking home the championship title.

The Ice Dogs' 2010AA team had started their season the previous week in Niagara Falls at the CCT Niagara Falls Challenge. Despite a balanced 2-2 performance in the round-robin stage, they reached the Consolation final but were defeated 4-1.

In the 16-team 2010 AA Bring Your Best tournament, the Ice Dogs began with a flawless 4-0-0 record, advancing to the Semi-finals where they secured a narrow 2-0 win. In the final, they faced The Flamingos, both teams entering the match undefeated at 5-0-0. The Ice Dogs took an early lead but fell behind 2-1 by mid-second period and later 3-2. They rallied with two crucial goals to lead 4-3 entering the third period. In the final period, the Ice Dogs added an insurance goal and held off the Flamingos to clinch a 5-3 victory and the tournament championship.

The team's young coaching staff, led by Payton Schaly from Plymouth State University (NCAA) and supported by brothers Will Redick (also a player at Plymouth State) and Mike Redick, played a crucial role in guiding the team through both tournaments this spring season.

Over 11 games, the team achieved an 8-3 record, culminating in their Bring Your Best Championship win.  The team extends their gratitude to Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation for their sponsorship.
